Dynamic LEAD TRACKER
This is an exciting application that allows you to assign leads to inside and outside sales reps. Direct sales forces, distribution sales forces, inside telemarketers and many other sales distribution models can take advantage of this application. It is browser based so it can be accessed at any time from any computer and hand held PDA. The application can even be accessed by a sales person from a client's browser if they are in meetings or from a telecommuting based location for remote worker use.
There are no limitations to the number of sales reps/organizations you can have.

| When the sales rep or organization is entered a dynamic roll-over page is immediately generated and page hits can be seen instantly! This is used by the reps to give to prospects so the rep gets credit when the prospect becomes a client. |

| After the rep logs in they can search their lead database many different ways. Mainly the leads are associated with a call-to-action such as an application, e-mail form and others. | |

Every 2 weeks if a lead has no action taken on it by the sales rep a database report is generated for the management team. This 2 week time line is adjustable for your custom needs by rep or sales organization. | |
| By selecting a lead name the rep can then recall all information submitted and add notes to keep track of contacts made to prospect. Managers can reassign lead to other reps if need be. | |
| Managers can have access to download the lead database into Microsoft Access format for further internal needs. This format also allows the manager to integrate the leads into such programs as ACT!, GOLDMINE etc. | |
