There are 2 types of Resellers in our program - Agents and Affiliates.

Agents
The Agent Program allows organizations and individuals to collect a commission for simply referring qualified clients interested in receiving Disk Hero services. Digital Outlook manages all activities associated with closing the sales and providing customer billing and support. Disk Hero will pay you a commission fee of $25 per client referred.


Affiliates
To qualify for our Affiliate/Reseller program you must have:

  • 5 separate accounts in any combination of packages registered with us qualifies you for the program
  • 2 new package orders each quarter to remain in the Affiliate/Reseller Program

Advantages of becoming a Disk Hero Affiliate/Reseller Partner:

  • We bill you directly via credit card for all of your accounts/clients or we can provide billing directly
  • You can automatically take advantage of our CRM system, where clients can e-mail you (to a specific e-mail box) their edits and update requests, and these e-mail's automatically flow into our invoicing/billing system after the work has been assigned and completed. You have total flexibility to have the system manage your work flow, so that you can focus on your clients needs which equals bottom-line profits.

Each client or yourself as a reseller will have access to a web browser administration CONTROL PANEL which allows access to all functions the client signs up for throughout their stay with Disk Hero.

All Applications that are available for all packages to use unless otherwise noted. (i.e. job/resume submittal application, Calendar of Events application, e-commerce on-line stores and many more are available for all clients.)

All packages have Cold Fusion running with MS Access or SQL available for the database engines.
