Credit Union - Digital Marketing

Our digital marketing package for credit unions consists of the following elements:

  1. Front Splash Page - This page appears first each time the Web site is accessed, with an automatic rollover to the home page.  Click here for a sample generic layout.  The contents for this page will be controlled by the client with an Admin page.
  2. How Much Can I Save Form - This form is a refinancing work sheet that will calculate credit union savings per month and for the total loans.
This form begins the data collection process, WHILE ALLOWING THE VISITOR TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS.  The visitor can key in their own SECRET CODE so that they can revisit the form for editing and recalculation at any time.
  3. This first entry of member/prospective member information in the Credit Union Savings Work Sheet is the beginning of a secure online marketing database.
  4. As soon as the member/new member identifies herself, appropriate credit union employees begin adding information to this database, including name, address, real email address, etc. It should become part of the fabric of operations that every interaction with a member is looked upon as an opportunity ``complete" the marketing financial profile of that member.  Not as an attempt to invade their privacy, but to make sure that each member is informed of each credit union program which may be of assistance.
  5. Indeed, this information will be guarded with the utmost of security, with access on a strict need-to-know basis.
  6. This digital marketing database will allow personalized ``mini' marketing campaigns aimed at the members who can most benefit from each credit union promotion.
  7. The administrative area will allow for sorting on any combination of data fields to produce a list of prospective ``mini" marketing "promotees.".
  8. This list can then be sent an email message about the promotion, with a link to a special Web site page that is created for them to explain the benefits of the promotion.  This page may include a small savings worksheet or a link to the appropriate loan or savings application.
  9. Each ``mini" marketing campaign will have its own ROI worksheet to evaluate and quantify results.  This will allow for continual refinement of methods and messages as the digital marketing capability becomes progressively more sophisticated.
