Digital Marketing Database Access on a Need-to-Know Basis |
||||||
|
As an example of how digital marketing information is kept secure, each credit union employee will only have access to the data fields needed for his or her job function. So, while each employee would see the name and member number, only loan officers would see income information that is gathered during a loan application. ``Inappropriate" will be marked with a ***** to indicate that the information is in the database, but not accessable for that employee's user name and password. Non-sensitive data field's which are not filled in will be displayed to encourage collection of that information if the opportunity presents itself. |
