Any request for a refund or return must be made within 30
days of purchase or delivery (in the case of products), based on the USPS
delivery confirmation (for domestic US purchase) or within 3 weeks of the
shipping date for international orders. |

You must contact us prior to shipping the item(s). You can
contact us via
email at marketing@diskhero.com. Include your Name, Referral ID and product/service information with any message. |

Products have a 10% restocking fee based on the purchase
price for the item
returned, unless they are unopened and a refund is requested within 7 days
of your receipt of the item. This amount will be deducted from the amount
due to be refunded. |

We will replace any item that was damaged during shipping,
providing
of course that we have a quality replacement. Since we insure all items,
it
is important that you save the packing material. The packing material and
damaged
items should be returned. You may be required to sign a document attesting
to the fact that the item was damaged (this is so that we can recoup our
loss
from the shipper). |

All refunds are for the purchase price of the item being
returned and
and sales tax associated with the item, less any applicable restocking fees
as
noted above. Shipping and Insurance costs are non-refundable. |

If we cannot replace an item, a refund (less shipping) will
be issued
within 5 business days. |

Refunds for purchases paid by credit card will be credited
back to the
card account. |

Commissionable Items: If you are requesting a refund on a
commissionable item, our refund will depend upon our successful collection
of any commissions that have been paid. If we cannot reclaim any paid commissions,
your refund will be your purchase price, less commissions paid. |
