  • Set up an E-mail Account

    Open your e-mail program and click on "Accounts" (usually found under Tools). Click the "Add" button and select "Mail..." from the drop-down menu.

    Type in the name you would like to appear on the e-mails and click Next. Type in your new Digital Outlook e-mail address and click Next.

    Select "POP3" as the type of incoming mail server. Enter "mail.yourdomainname.com" as both your incoming and outgoing mail servers. Click Next.

    Next to "Account name," enter "digitaloutlook/" followed by the user name supplied to you by Digital Outlook. Enter the password supplied to you by Digital Outlook. Click Next. Click Finish.
