Once you log off of your Site Control session, you must log in again to begin another session. Using the "Back" button in your browser will cause you to get an error message when you try to re-enter Site Control. If you hit the logoff link and then hit the back arrow to get back to the control panel, although you are logged off, you may see a locally cached copy of the control panel screen. The same issue will occur if you are logged into the control panel and delete your cookies.

For this reason, do not hit the back arrow in the control panel after logging off. You will not have access to the control panel functions after logging off. Rather, log in again. Also, do not delete cookies while the control panel is open, since the control panel uses cookies to implement certain functions.
